The Personal Outcomes Collaboration (POC) website was originally conceived and created in 2014 by staff from the University of Edinburgh and the University of Strathclyde and is based on more than ten years of research and knowledge exchange. In January 2015, the originators invited colleagues from relevant national agencies to join the collaboration.
The website is now supported by the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC), NHS Education for Scotland (NES), the Institute for Research and Innovation in Social Services (iRISS) as well as the originators now based at the Universities of Strathclyde and the University of the West of Scotland.
