Recording Outcomes in Support Planning and Review: Practical Examples
This practical guide aims to support the embedding of personal outcomes and provides examples of recorded outcomes from diverse service settings. The examples are not intended to be perfect, but can be very useful prompts for learning sessions and debate at the local level.

Meaningful and Measurable: Project Briefings
The following resources have been produced for research and information management audiences and bring together several sets of issues and findings identified during the project.
The first collection of briefings addresses a number of commonly encountered misunderstandings concerning what you can and cannot do with qualitative data and the implications when working with qualitative outcomes data.

The second collection of briefings addresses several issues with a more quantitative focus, including measurement purpose and limitations in a social context, conceptualising and categorising personal outcomes and the use of scale measures.

The final paper in this series provides a broad overview of the main uses of collated personal outcomes information identified and facilitated through the project, notably in the areas of practice and service development, service planning and commissioning and using more personalised methods to measure outcomes and gauge performance.

Knowledge Exchange Events: Reports on May 2014 and September 2014 events
The first KE event took place in May 2014 and a project-update was written in July.
Another KE event was held in September 2014 and the project-update written in October.
Final Knowledge Exchange Event: 23rd February 2015
The Final Knowledge Exchange Event took place on the 23rd February in Edinburgh, providing an opportunity for the project partners to share and test out their findings with a wider group of stakeholders.
